What You Need to Know
Step 1 — Create Your SugarGoo Account
Go to sugargoo.com and register a free account. You will need a valid email address and a phone number for verification. The interface is available in English, which makes SugarGoo particularly accessible for non-Chinese speakers. After registration, navigate to your profile and set up your default shipping address. You can add multiple delivery addresses — useful if you want to ship some items to a freight forwarder and others to your home address.
Step 2 — Find Products Using the SugarGoo Spreadsheet
Rather than pasting random Weidian links, start your product search here on sugargoo.buzz. Browse by category (Shoes, Hoodies, T-Shirts, etc.) or use the search bar for specific items. Each product listing includes the product image, price in estimated USD, brand, and a direct link to SugarGoo. The biggest advantage of using this spreadsheet site versus searching directly on SugarGoo is that our listings include QC photos from previous buyers and SKU selection. This helps you visualize exactly what you are ordering before clicking through.
Step 3 — Submit Your Order on SugarGoo
When you click "Buy on SugarGoo" from a product listing on this site, you will be taken directly to the correct SugarGoo product page. From there, select any additional options and submit the order. SugarGoo will show you the estimated product cost (in CNY) plus their service fee. Pay using a supported method — credit card (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe), cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC), or PayPal in some cases. Payment is collected upfront for the product plus service fee; you pay separately for shipping once your items arrive at the warehouse.

Step 4 — Review QC Photos
After SugarGoo receives your item (typically 3–7 days after ordering), they will send you QC photos in your account's "My Orders" section. You will receive a notification by email. Take your time with QC review. Compare the photos against reference images for your specific item. Key things to check: label placement and printing quality, stitching consistency, colorway accuracy, sole texture and branding, and box/bag packaging if relevant to you. If something looks wrong, you can request additional photos or request a return to the seller. SugarGoo will manage this on your behalf.
Step 5 — Choose Shipping and Complete Your Haul
Once you approve QC (or when you decide to consolidate multiple items), go to "Pending Shipment" and create a new package. Select the items to include and choose your shipping method from SugarGoo's available options. Use the built-in shipping calculator to compare costs and estimated delivery times. After selecting and paying for shipping, SugarGoo hands off the package to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
